Art Naturals Magnesium Oil

As someone who suffers from chronic pain, I’ve tried just about everything to help ease some of it. I’ve also heard a lot of good things about magnesium, but as of right now have not taken any. The magnesium IMG_5913oil was new for me; I had never seen it before, or even heard of it, until I came across this product.
First off, make sure you are spraying yourself while sitting on a surface you don’t mind getting wet, because it’s nearly impossible not to have the oil rolling off your skin onto the floor. Second, DO NOT put this on freshly shaved skin or skin that is broken in any way. I had a couple scratches on my legs that I didn’t realize we’re there and it was terrible. Talk about a burn! Third, this will dry your hands out like cray, so make sure you wash them and put on some lotion afterwards.
Now, aside from those small details, this is some pretty amazing stuff. I rubbed it into my calves to help ease muscle spasms, and I was shocked when it actually worked really well. There is a slight warming sensation I felt after rubbing it in, and I’m not sure if it’s from the oil itself or simply due to the friction of my hands rubbing my legs, but it was very nice. I also rubbed some into my shoulders and neck, and I had a significant reduction in pain. Honestly, I can see myself using this quite often.

  1. I’m enjoying the high-purity magnesium oil I recently received from Mg12: http://mg12.com/ I tried both Ancient Minerals ultra pure magnesium oil (sourced from ancient seabed minerals) and Ocean Minerals (from purified Pacific seawater). They both work well. I enjoy using the Ancient Minerals directly on my skin mixed in my favorite lotion, and reserve Ocean Minerals for baths and footbaths.I make a lotion using equal parts magnesium oil, coconut oil, and aloe vera gel. I also get great results using a mixture of magnesium oil and almond oil. I’m sure I’ll try other mixtures.
